I created my bridal hair and make-up business back in 2011 after the birth of my son. I had previously worked in the Recruitment industry and decided to change my career and retrain in Hairdressing so that I could work hours to suit around motherhood. I fell in love with the creative side, styling the hair and creating up-do's so much that I realised the Bridal industry is where I wanted to take my new career. I then trained in make-up as this was something I had also been passionate about and I knew brides would appreciate having one supplier that could do both.

Over the years I have been extremely successful within this industry, getting most of my business through recommendations. 

 

I keep up to date with the latest bridal trends and hairstyles in general. When i'm asked to do something that I have never done before, which is rare, it excites me as I love a challenge. I constantly look for new styles so that I can copy them and challenge myself.

 

I love making people feel special and transforming them, not just on their wedding day but on special occasions too such as birthdays, parties, proms etc. I would class myself as an expert in my field and I often get praised on making people feel comfortable and for being personable. I have had many clients become wonderful friends. They say find a job you love doing and you never have to work a day in your life, and I truly think this applies to my job.
